Return Policy ::

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call us at 1 (866) 678-9DOG (364) for an RA number. No return shipments will be accepted without this number.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.

Please allow 30 days for refunds. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer on all returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries and returns without an RA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Authorized returns will not be charged any restocking fee.
