Warranties and Guarantees ::

Manufacturer's Warranties
Many of the items that are sold on HOCKEYDOG.com are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper use is not covered by warranty.

Items must be seen by our inspection department before any decision can be made. Some manufacturers may choose to repair rather than replace an item.

Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks.

Broken Sticks
All hockey sticks are covered by the manufactures warranty only.

Due to the nature of the sport, all hockey sticks do not come with a guarantee against breakage.

Shipping and Handing
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
